“Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.” Luke 18:17
Last week I had the wonderful opportunity to help out in our church’s children’s ministry (1st grade thru 5th grade). At the end of class it was time to pray and each child received a brick to hold. When it was their turn to pray they were to put their brick in the middle of the circle while offering one prayer. A first grade boy offered up what I believe is the best prayer that I have ever heard.
He simply said, “God please help me to listen better so I can do better and get it right.”
Amen brother.
